With a chill in the air, we’re hosting our first Raclette Dinner. This venerable Alpine tradition of melting Raclette cheese over plates of potatoes, charcuterie and vegetables is a warming and delicious way to enjoy the company of family and friends. As the cheese is melting, we’ll guide you through an informative and entertaining history of Alpine cheeses and this time-honored tradition. Includes a selection of beer, wine and soft drinks.

Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as we've already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place. Dietary Restrictions: We cannot change menus or guarantee that those with dietary restrictions will be able to eat everything made during the event. Our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment.
