We want you to love what you receive, and we're here to help if something seems off.

• Please contact us before discarding anything. If there is an issue with your order, reach out to Marché Cheese Shop as soon as possible so we can review the situation with you.
  
• About shipping: It’s totally normal for ice packs to melt on the way and for certain cheeses to have a naturally strong aroma. Please refrigerate your items upon arrival so they can return to their ideal texture and condition.

Classes

We understand plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible.

• Cancel for store credit: You can cancel your ticket up to 72 hours before the event and we’ll issue you store credit.
• Late cancellations: If it’s within 72 hours of the event, we’re not able to offer a refund or credit, unless we can fill the seats from our wait list.
• Need to reschedule? No problem — within 72 hours of the event, you can move your ticket to another date if seats are available.
