Marché Classes
We love talking about great cheese almost as much as we love eating it. So what a perfect way for us to spread the love (and the curd) – our ongoing series of classes designed to widen your appreciation for all things fromage. Appropriate for the novice to the cheese whiz, our classes are structured yet informal and include class outline, tasting notes and plenty of cheese and wine.

Cancellations must me made within 72 hours of the class in order to be refunded. We will do our best to fill seats from our waitlist.

Pilsners and porters and ales - oh my! Just in time for Oktoberfest, beer enthusiast David Phillips will unlock what is behind classic brew styles along with his suggestions for great cheese pairings. Sip and taste through the evening as he unfolds why beer and cheese are such magical partners.

What’s the difference between cow, sheep and goat milks? Why are some cheeses decadently gooey and some are crumbly hard? And what are those crystals found in some cheeses? With the holidays fast approaching, let our team of cheesemongers guide you through the steps of designing your cheese boards with artistry and ease. We’ll look at selections, how much to buy, accompaniments and display possibilities - from an inspired luncheon to grand grazing boards. This series of four variety-focused sessions with Marché wine director John Kay takes you on a journey of the world’s fine wines. For the novice to the enthusiast, these are sure to up your wine appreciation as you discover how the same grape can produce a variety of different characteristics.
