APRICOT GLAZED EASTER HALF HAMS (4 - 5 pounds)

This year’s Easter Hams from Smoking Goose Meatery start with their classic City Ham and come with our Apricot Herb Glaze to brush on or serve on the side.   Made with local, pasture raised pork, the whole-muscle boneless hams are brined under clove, juniper, bayleaf and garlic then gently smoked over fruit woods.
