We have a limited number of special release Easter Hams from Indianapolis’ Smoking Goose Meatery. The spring hams begin with local, pasture raised pork cured under Maker’s Mark Bourbon and ginger beer plus allspice, cloves, cinnamon, and black peppercorns. Slow smoked over oak, hickory and apple woods, the boneless hams are fully cooked and ready to eat or simple to warm and serve hot.
Half hams (4-5 pounds) will easily serve up to 10 or a smaller number with plenty of leftovers for soup, sandwiches, ham salad and more. Whole hams (8-10 pounds) also available.

Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as we've already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place. Dietary Restrictions: We cannot change menus or guarantee that those with dietary restrictions will be able to eat everything made during the event. Our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment.
