Smoking Goose Cherry Queen Full Hams (8 - 10 pounds)

We have a limited number of special release Holiday Hams from Indianapolis’ Smoking Goose Meatery. The winter hams begin with local, pasture raised pork glazed under wild Amarena cherries and Italian Lazzaroni Amaretto. Slow smoked over cherry wood, the boneless hams are fully cooked and ready to eat or simple to warm and serve hot.
Half hams (4-5 pounds) will easily serve up to 10 or a smaller number with plenty of leftovers for soup, sandwiches, ham salad and more. Whole hams (8-10 pounds) also available.
