Here’s your chance to join the “Culture Club” – our inquisitive group of cheese lovin’, thrill seekin’ subscribers. Each month our mongers will select and hand-cut (3) three of the finest examples of a seasonally featured style – an average total of 1.25 pounds of cheese. And we’ll include information about each cheese, its history, production, tasting notes, serving and pairing suggestions and maybe even a recipe or two. Our (4) Four, (8) Eight or (12) Twelve Month subscription plans also make impressive gifts for the adventuresome foodies in your life.
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as we've already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place. Dietary Restrictions: We cannot change menus or guarantee that those with dietary restrictions will be able to eat everything made during the event. Our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment.
