Help us welcome Judson & Moore Distillery to Marché! Enjoy a perfect blend of live cooking, chef tips, and course by course service. This is a demonstration class held at Marcel's, so sit back and relax as Chef Tom and Judson & Moore owner and head distiller, Collin Moore, take you on an unforgettable culinary and spirit experience.
Three course demonstration and meal paired with Judson & Moore Bourbons and Whiskeys. On the menu: Homemade Potato Gnocchi with Maple Butternut Squash, Pancetta and Sage, Braised Short Ribs with Carrot-Celery Root Puree and crispy Leeks, Sticky Toffee Date Pudding with Bourbon Toffee Sauce and homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.

Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as we've already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place.
